The Shared folder contains all the files from your computer that will be share with other users of the LionShare network. By default, any document downloaded from the LionShare network will be placed in the Shared folder. Also by default, LionShare stores shared files in the Shared folder on the user’s computer.  The location that shared files are stored can be changed by using the Options dialog located in LionShare Preferences menu at the top of the screen. (I DON’T SEE A PREFERENCES MENU)

To change the location of where share files are located:
1. Select Preferences from the LionShare menu at the top left of the screen.
2. Select Saving to view the directory location where files are saved.
3. Choose Browse to select another location on your computer to save files.
4. Select OK to save changes.
