There are a variety of resources that will help the user and developer learn more about LionShare.  These include the following resources:   

• User Guide – An online User Guide is available from the LionShare Web site. This is available as either a web resource or can be downloaded in PDF format and used as a printed resource. The User Guide is available at the following URL: http://lionshare.its.psu.edu/support/documentation.

• Tool Tips – When using the LionShare application, the user can hover over any component of the interface and a brief Tool Tip will appear that will provide information on how the particular feature is used.

• Developer Resources – For the developer or implementer, there are a variety of resources that will help those interested in downloading and using the LionShare sources code.  In addition,, there are a number of Developer Listservs to help support the developer or implementer to get up and going with LionShare.

• Screencasts – Screencasts are available for users to get a quick video overview of how the basic components of LionShare are used.  These are available from the LionShare Web site at http://lionshare.its.psu.edu/support/.

• Technical Support – Technical questions can be answered by sending email to: support@lionshare.its.psu.edu.
• FAQ – A list of Frequently Asked Question about LionShare can be found on the support Web site.
